Following the exploration of the ways in which mental health illnesses are portrayed in the media, music videos specifically, focusing primarily on anxiety due to its high prevalence, this project aims to find an accurate and innovative way of portraying anxiety through the same medium of an audio-visual piece. Through the collaboration of actor/participants this short form experimental video explores different stages of anxiety and how the experience of it can be very different to every individual. The video further aims to bring awareness to the fact that anxiety is not always visible on the outside and encourages people to be more informed on the matter.
