brand and website .. getting out of debt the easy way_

With a glut of debt solutions companies on the market, Richmond Oaks approached us and asked TALISMAN to come up with something that was that bit different. Something to stand out from the debt crowd.
We got our thinking caps on, and out came BacktoBlack. This softer, conversational brand, talks to the consumer on a friendly level.
And with the help of Liz Holt’s copywriting talents, we cut through the financial jargon. Our aim being to try and make it easy for anyone to understand debt, and any possible debt solutions available to them. Talking to the customer like a friend, we make sure they know BacktoBlack is here to help.

With over 60% of the client base being female, the branding utilises a mix of fonts and imagery that speaks to this particular audience.
We put together a BacktoBlack ‘Debtionary’ for example, that gives definitions of financial words in a way that is easy to understand, and doing so in a chatty manner.
BacktoBlack’s first steps to debt freedom-- One of the most important things on the website is the ‘first steps’ enquiry form. We made it nice and simple, and easy for the consumer to fill in the required fields.
