BRIEF A collaborative project to create a new product range that delivers luxury in an eco friendly world. CONCEPT Our concept was ‘Bambino’, a brand created with the aim of making bamboo a more mainstream fibre in response to the current fast fashion industry. The brand is targeted at babies and young children, encouraging them to consider more sustainable fashion choices as they grow up. SOLUTION We created an ‘essentials box’, containing high quality, basic items, made from sustainably sourced bamboo fabric. Alongside the brand, we created the ‘Reseeded’ scheme, enabling consumers to return outgrown clothes. Our aim was to develop a luxury, gender neutral colour scheme. The logo mirrors the shape of bamboo, with its uneven characters and bamboo icon. We developed a series of icons to educate the next generation about the benefits of bamboo for both babies and the environment.
