INSPIRED IN BARCELONA

Joining us from Catalonia, Inspired in Barcelona showcases a new rooster of talent from the region inspired by the lifestyle and values of the area. Returning for the second year the pavilion joins a global cluster of pavilions on our ground floor - including Italy & Portugal. 


APARENTMENT

Young Barcelona-based brand Aparentment produce furniture and accessories from the finest materials. Employing the likes of Carrara marble, wood and brass the brand creates longlasting pieces with sophistication and charm. 

HOBBY FLOWER

Founded in 1974 by Adelina Gaspà and Lluis Cabré, Hobby Flower is a unique hydro-planter. The built in self-watering system reproduces the natural environment of the plants resulting in an effortless indoor plant solution for both home and office. Pared-back and beautifully crafted the planters come in a range of sizes and colourways. 

MADE IN MALLORCA

Made in Mallorca brings us 6 brands hailing from the Balearic islands; featuring textiles, tiles and furniture each brands output speaks to the islands' early craft techniques. All the products are hand-made by Majorcan artisans in a sustainable way and with local materials.

HUGET RAJOLES

Huget Rajoles has been manufacturing hydraulic floor tiles and terrazzo items since 1933, part of a well-established tile industry in Mallorca. With a number of small tile factories cropping up at the end of the 19th century, the craft has now become synonymous with the region. 

LA PECERA

Working with local crafts-people La Pecera design and manufacture sustainable everyday pieces for the home. Collaborating with expert crafters in wood, palm, brass, leather and textiles the brand sells there wares from their bricks and mortar base in Mallorca. 

NOTABLE BRANDS

HIGH SOCIETY

Hemp, wine and tobacco: fairly unconventional material choices for lighting. Italian-based High Society specialise in plant-based lighting, the materials taken from industrial waste streams and hydroformed to create shades. To top it off, each light sold supports initiatives against drug dependency in collaboration Forum Prevention in Bolzano. 

WANGAN

Newly established design studio Wangan have fast established themselves working on interior and architecture projects for a range of international clients. This year the brand reveals there foray into lighting and furniture design, presenting new pieces for the first time this September.
