Barclays - Tuning into the community

Our digital merchandising concept is a retail banking first. It lets Barclays stream targeted content into branches, moving from a national broadcast product advertising model to a local one.
Real-time branded content covers everything from local information and business support to needs-based product messaging. Outside of branch hours, the system is used to train and educate colleagues. The award-winning pilot in Barclays’ flagship Stratford branch was a hit with both audiences.
