In Beijing I was volunteering my time to run a series of creative talks and events under the name of Beijing Creatives. Alongside my co-partner, it was my responsibility to network extensively within the creative industry in China to keep up to date with local and foreign artists. Passionate about creativity, running this event allowed me to constantly be researching different art forms and those creating it. As the curator, I always tried to ensure photographers and movie makers were present as a speaker at an event as a way of promoting storytelling.
