Project Manger of 'Beyond the Barricade', and exhibtion in collaboration with the Waterloo 200 project, Age of Revolution and the University of Kent. This exhibition will be held in Studio 3 Gallery, University of Kent and will run between 27th September and 30th November 2018. ● Managed a budget of £8000 and a team of 10 to respond to a brief from the Age of Revolution project. Secured £2,500 sponsorship funding for the ISBN registered Catalogue production. Secured artworks included prestigious Arts Council England loans. ● Used PM tools including Gantt Charts, Google Drive/Docs, Project Docs. Took meeting minutes, made risk assessments, ensured team communication and successfully delivered a show which academics commented was ‘the best Studio 3 Gallery had ever seen’. ● Involved in all aspects; development, logistics, marketing, finance, public programming. Directed installation. 'Beyond the Barricade' explores revolution and moments of social and political change through a diverse range of artworks, while confronting the concept of the barricade. It will include works by James Cauty, Ahmet Ogut, Peihang Huang, Peter Kennard and Keith Piper.
