Big Big Hug

A poetry zine looking at long distance love and the effect of missing the people close to us. This outcome is a conclusion of a project that was spent filling out a sketchbook with no pre-determined stimulus. In print, it forms a fold-out poster zine that contains the final image as an A3 poster image, with the previous pages forming the book. The poetry pages were created digitally and speak reflectively about wistfulness in the face of being apart from those we love. A sentiment that became more relevant during the pandemic lockdown.
