Two entrepreneurs are looking to start a new restaurant in central London. They have other restaurant businesses aross the Atlantic, in America. In the long run, they hope to start a chain of franchises. They have both approached me to design a new brand identity. The brand must refelct its values.

Create a corporate/logo mark which will promote the visual front end of the business. Reflect the brand values and identity throughout a series of applications like web, menus, handouts, business cards and so on. The logo mark can be used on the uniform that will help promote the business (t-shirts, caps, aprons). This is an exciting challenge to kick start a business which could potentially create alot of trade due to its unique selling points. Creating huge portions that no other person has ever seen before in the UK, the American values are portayed throughout the food.
