The status quo of leadership and human innovation is no longer fit for purpose. The Bio-Leadership Project is about developing new forms of development and change, fit for our times.
Our work is a response to three major trends:
- The need to shape new ways of living and working in more adaptive, connected and regenerative ways.
- The need to protect and restore the wider social and ecological systems we are part of.
- The rising importance of purpose and meaning across life and work.
Our work has grown rapidly over the past two years, and today we are working with pioneering organisations like Patagonia, the World Benchmarking Alliance, Amani Institute and innovators from many other walks of life.
We are developing Bio-Leadership through three areas of work: consultancy, open programmes and research.
