Bioplastic

This project investigates new types of products and interactions emerging from material innovations. It speculates about future design and use of domestic pro- ducts made from algae. The versatility of the material also ena- bled me to achieve different material properties by adjusting the ratios of the base ingredients. This meant I could con- trol the stiffness, flexibility and optical clarity of the material, as well as its thick- ness.
