‘Design’ is one of those terms that mean different things to different people. It can evoke visions of over-priced handbags to some – German-engineered engines to others.
Just as concepts such as ‘code’ and ‘platform’ have taken on new meanings, specific to their use in technology – ‘design’ has also followed suit.
There are now whole courses dedicated to understanding, learning, & applying this new concept of ‘digitalised design’.
