Defining your personal vision
We’re on a mission to solve barriers to women in their careers, and it’s only by talking about the challenges and constantly pushing for change that anything will ever happen. As an industry, we need to be honest about the issues, and Bloom intends to meet this head on with non-sugar-coated discussions, action orientating training and a confessional booth to capture the genuine problems women are facing.
Attendees will come away with genuinely actionable learnings and inspiration to help them achieve their career potential. You'll hear from people at the top of their game, but also relatable role models and voices outside of the industry. It's an opportunity to network with like-minded people and listen & learn from each others' experiences.
Bloom has aimed to make this conference as affordable as possible for all attendees, with a competitive ticket price compared to other industry conferences. Any profits raised will go to our charity partner, Women's Aid, who do hugely important work towards the end of domestic abuse of women and children.
