SPACE.tm was appointed by BMW Group SA's marketing, to assist with the conceptualisation, implementation and management of the BMW Stand at SAFOM 2016.
This event was hosted at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, in Midrand South Africa.
This project consisted of the main stand build in the pits as well as several other vehicle stand builds and displays during the course of the 5 day festival.
We also had to manage the following side events during also held at the festival:
- BMW M4 GTS Press Launch
- BMW Group SA Management Forum
- BMW Sub-saharan importers conference
In this project I was the project lead alongside the events and activations HOD and SPACE events team. I was responsible for all aspects responsible for all aspects related to project and budget management, supplier management, implemetation the event through to production, therafter I managed all post production reporting.
