A change in Fortune is an animated trailer that my team and I made for the novel 'The Mermaid and Mrs Hancock' by Imogen Hermes Gowar and published by Penguin Random House. My role was producer during this project. As well as assigning jobs, I was also heavily involved in the animation process as well as shooting reference footage. We animated everything digitally on Photoshop first to get the movement correct. We then traced over our animations with paper and chalk to capture the moody atmosphere of the novel.
