Bookseller / Section Supervisor and Goods-In Operative - Waterstone’s Booksellers

Previous to the record contract, I was a bookseller for Waterstone's for seven years. First as a Goods-In Operative, where I handled administrative duties including; Invoice processing and filing, returns processing and updating of the stores computerized inventory. My passion for literature soon gained me a promotion to Fiction Department Supervisor where I became responsible for curating my own in-store promotions, features and merchandising plans as well as delegating tasks amongst a small team.
