Botanical Gardens

This collection has taken inspiration from Birmingham Botanical Gardens, which is home to four different glasshouse all with their own distinctive climates. These are broken down into Sub-tropical, Tropical, Mediterranean and Arid, my work explores plants found in these climates, varying in scale, colour and shape. The collection showcases a range of textile disciplines those being digital embroidery, hand embellishment/embroidery, screen print and digital design.
