I have worked closely with product owners brand and marketing team to identify and refresh the key pages of the B2C and B2B.
The objective was to drive more brand awareness and sales of the products.
UX review of existing site
We analysed the key Golden Path pages against the criteria of what the user does and doesn’t need in order complete purchase a bp pulse product. We were able to determine that a lot of the page content within the current live site was not needed by the user. Similarly, some key content was missing.
Component consolidation and documentation
To kick off the UI phase of work, I work with the Design system team to identify each components we need to redesign to fit the purpose of bp pulse website.
We now had the building blocks of the website in one place, in a responsive, reusable format.
