Nescafé needed to grow its brand awareness and encourage the online purchase of its products.
The team changed the problem statement from a business perspective to a customer-centred one, this to converge on creating a personalized shopping experience.

After the necessary research on the brand and its customers and target, the team delivered the following outputs.
A pop-up store where people can relax and test the different products, mainly created to bring possible customers closer to the brand.
A monthly subscription plan designed to retain the user and grow online sales.
Finally, we as a team want to conclude our project with an open question.
