Brand Re-design series

These are redesigned crests for football clubs I thought could do with changes. I created these with an emphasis on combining the classic logos and their current designs, rather than modernism like most redesign concepts. Manchester city, first image. I redesigned the eagle that was present on the club's old logo to one that looks a bit more sharp. curved and stern. It allows it to be neatly contained in a circular crest (first image). The other versions, without the circle, would be the regular crest, represented on the kit and other places. The star atop the crest would represent 10 league titles won (which a team like Manchester city will inevitably reach). A redesigned logo for Liverpool FC is the image below. It isn't much different from the current Liverpool crest, however this one simplifies the (overcomplicated looking) original one with a simple shield. The redesign for Tottenham hotspur isn't much of a redesign, more of an edited version of the original. My (as well as several other's) problem with the current spurs logo is that it's too simple, and doesn't represent the history of the club much. this redesign turns the badge into a crest (shield), one that contains the extra aesthetics that combine the club's historical looks with the current. Below are redesigns for clubs: Borussia Dortmund, Juventus and Inter Milan. These also combine historical aesthetics (especially in the case of Juventus), as well as new ones Spurs created based on the histories and icons of the clubs. This is mainly in reference to the bee for BVB, Turin horse for Juventus, and Snake silhouette for Inter.
