This program was designed to increase the company's visibility, reputation and customer interaction in the target market through brand upgrades and social media promotion strategies to support business growth and goal achievement.

Brand Review and Positioning: analyze the current brand image and identify areas that need to be adjusted.

Brand Design and Logo Update: Design a new brand identity to reflect the company's new image.

Update brand documents, promotional materials, website, etc.


Internal and external training: Train internal teams on brand values and image.

Communicate the new brand message to external partners.


Stage 2: Social Media Promotion

Social media strategy development: Identify target audiences and select appropriate social media platforms.

Develop a content strategy, including posting frequency, content types, and interaction plans.


Content Creation and Posting: Create engaging content, including images, videos and text.

Develop a content publishing calendar and ensure regular updates to social media platforms.


Social Media Advertising: Develop a social media advertising plan to increase brand exposure.

Optimize ad placements to ensure maximum engagement with target audiences.


Customer Interaction and Response: Respond positively to user comments and questions on social media.

Encourage user participation, e.g. through polls, sweepstakes or interactive activities.


Program Evaluation & Adjustment:
