My Role • Lead / Sole Designer, Prototyping, Web Design and Brand Design. Brief Logicum Chartered Accountants needed a redesign that displayed their new and existing services. The new site needed to show clearly what they offer - something their previous site lacked. Their previous site was information poor and had a confusing UI design; this had to be resolved. Project Scope, Solution and Design Rationale My goal as the Lead Designer was to add clarity to web pages to make it easy to find specific services the user needed. Then the user understood exactly where they could get the information they needed and could act on it quickly. For example how do I get help with insolvency tax? Results • Clarity of services. • Mobile first design. • Modern and trustworthy qualities: Extremely important that their brand and website reflected these qualities as a financial service provider. This has been achieved through the illustrations, icons, colour choices, layout and branding design. • Simplified design drives customers to call to actions to grow the conversation rate. • Customers leave the site much more informed than the previous design.
