Breaking the Fourth Wall

A project capturing the independent and alternative entertainment scene in North Wales. I am deliberately avoiding the larger commercial venues such as Venue Cymru Theatre, Theatre Colwyn, Theatre Clwyd, and Rhyl Pavilion as these tend to cater for the wider audiences that relish the glitz, glamour, and polish of mainstream productions, and instead, am giving preference to the smaller, less established ensembles that make up the backbone of the entertainment industry within the region. Despite the miniscule budgets and lack of resources at their disposal, these grassroots-level outfits operate with the same degree of passion, drive, energy and skill as their more financially successful counterparts on the professional showbiz circuit. I am hoping for funding so that I can display 100 of the best shots in a local gallery at the end of this project.
