Brindisa, founded in 1988 by food hero, Monika Linton, was established to celebrate the varied cultures, landscapes and, above all the exceptional foods of Spain. We proudly worked on the Brindisa brand for many years, creating a strong brand, through the distinctive ranges of branded products which stand out on the shelf. The wholesale catalogues revolutionised food wholesale marketing by raising the bar in design and imagery.

Brindisa, purveyors of the best Spanish food in Britain today, briefed us to design the packaging for its own label product range following our very successful redesign of their wholesale catalogue. The range focuses on providing ‘affordable quality with provenance’.
The company approached Allies to re-design the interior of their landmark Borough Market store, building upon the successes of the packaging and literature design we’d undertaken for the company.
Keen to expand the wholesale facet of their business, Brindisa approached Allies to design its Wholesale Product Catalogue, transforming it from a basic, photocopied price list into an inspiring guide that would motivate sales and cement Brindisa’s reputation in the wholesale arena.
Following on from the very well received and continually expanding ‘Everyday Essentials’ range, we developed Brindisa's own label packaging style to adapt to its new ‘Affordable Luxury’ range. The product’s focus being on traditional, delicate Spanish biscuits and cakes - everyday treats.
