The artists had been selected because of how they're perceived as manipulating their own individual status as painters - keeping in-line with this concept, the artist's details are displayed behind the corresponding image, thus manipulating the reader into viewing the work before being exposed to the painter.
This catalog accompanied 'The Painting Show' exhibition shown in Ljubljana, Slovenia - Spring 2016.
