A new visual identity for the UK's biggest energy provider.

British Gas needed a fresh new identity to reflect the new brand proposition ‘Smooth Running’ and build stronger relationships with their customer.
A fresh new approach to the brand language that introduced a new tone of voice and typeface, along with a new visual identity to reflect a friendlier and more human proposition. The output included new van livery, graphic elements, colour palettes, typeface, customer comms, photography and a set of brand principles and guidance for the future.
