Bruta is a London based fashion label founded by Arthur Yates. With no formal fashion training but a background in the arts. The Bruta approach is indifferent to being “en trende”, it remains an outsider in the current fashion world. Its fans are often aloof and individualistic. Its approach a celebration of the charms and absurdities of art, culture and humanity.
Bruta’s unconventional, unexpected and uncompromising style was incredibly important to convey online. Our brief was to develop the online store to increase conversion, we did this alongside giving the brands artistic approach room to speak with clean and slick e-commerce layouts and messages told with graphic typography and moving image.
