As a creative designer living and working in Burton on Trent, for 8 years now, I have become increasingly passionate about the culture of the town. It’s for this reason - that in 2016 a new project was born out of a desire to inspire creative and cultural change in Burton. ByHuddle is a creative collective of creatives, creators, and change makers who want Burton to be a creative hub for the wider area.
This desire came from years of observations and many conversations between Ant & myself. We felt that, not only had the town been left culturally uninspired, but it was also lacking in creative infrastructure. Because of this we decided to take action!
By Huddle needed an adaptable identity that was dynamic and exciting, while also could take a back seat to the creative projects that were to come out of the collective. Now ByHuddle often appears as a signature to the project brands that engage their respective audience. Because of this the simple word mark has an adaptability to it, creating a device that can contain graphic elements, underscore statements and allow projects created ByHuddle to ‘huddle’ under a collective brand.
