Cabin Crew Uniform Guidelines

Planned, re-designed, formalised and implemented the "Cabin Crew Uniform Guidelines". Project I developed working with a diverse, skilled team, clarifying and centralising information, rules and guidelines in a detailed and easy-to-read manual for the company’s Cabin Crew members. The implementation of the new guidelines was deemed so successful that they were later adapted and implemented in other areas of the company, such as airport operations.
