Director Leonn Ward and Badger Agency’s new film for US activewear brand CALIA follows four women working out in the shadow of New York’s Queensboro Bridge. With versatility and style central to the brand’s values, wellness entrepreneur Hannah Bronfman, golf journalist Alexandra O’Laughlin, gymnast Shawn Johnson East and actress Dascha Polanco radiate energy while wearing the FW22 collection. We composed a bespoke track that captures the energy of the city’s urban spaces while also reflecting the power and athleticism of the women’s individual training regimes. Our composition utilises a driving trap beat which builds in intensity, with rhythmic hi-hats and dynamic sub bass culminating in a euphoric vocal refrain.
