For the month of August, as a response to the limitations and impact of Covid-19 on the indoor hospitality experiences, The Hoxton set up a month long Glamping site in Oxfordshire, taking all the all the best bits from The Hoxton for a truly glam camping experience. As brand assistant I managed the reservations and customer experience throughout the entirety of the event, working in collaboration with external food and drink suppliers and brand partners. In addition, a mini Hox Shop store was launched in the campsite communal area for guests to browse at take home a piece of The Hoxton. I set up this site up and subsequently managed it remotely throughout the event. The store included Camp Hox specific products, along with Best of London products and other Hox Shop favourites including ceramics and apparel.
