Leo Burnett Lagos and CHINI Africa, (Cannes Lions representatives in Nigeria) partnered to host the first See It Be It event in Africa at the annual Creativity Week event. See It Be It is a Cannes Lions initiative that works towards equal representation of female and male Creative Directors across the industry. The programme supports the next generation of female creative directors. It accelerates their careers and inspires and supports others on their journey. 10 Nigerian industry leaders took the stage to champion equal representation in the creative and advertising industry in Africa with the theme "Invite Yourself".
