Capital City examines the financialization of housing in London, and explores the ways in which media and communications can used to represent the impact of capital on the London property market. Capital City is an exercise in creative, multi-disciplinary collaboration. It will take place at LCC in April 2018, incorporating an exhibition in LCC’s main galleries, a publication, and a series of associated talks and events. Capital City is part of LCC’s public programme, and will be open to the general public. Over the course of 10 weeks, we will research, develop and produce a media artefact for inclusion in the Capital City exhibition with the collaboration and supervision of Transparency International UK.
