Socrates were appointed by Blackstone Group to create a brand, visual language and array of marketing materials for 25 North Colonnade, a substantial office project in Canary Wharf. CARGO, the name and brand of the building – which will be home to an expansive Market Hall – is derived from Canary Wharf’s trade heritage. Alongside a full story-telling animated website, interactive presentation deck, print collateral and social media, a number of branded merchandising initiatives were developed to engage with the key market gatekeepers.
