Catalogue Of Found Fragments

A Catalogue of found fragments focuses on themes of collection and colour analysis. Drawing upon the textural curiosities found in ceramic ‘Artefacts’ unearthed at home, the aim of this project was to re-fragment captured colour, abstracting and dispersing these details across indigo dyed organza. The woven response combines a fascination of 19th century American and Welsh overshot coverlets with Bauhaus design principals.
