Chalkpit Cassette Club is back with new treats for all the music lovers out there. The world of Volleyball is a truly synesthetic experience. Mixing retro designs, hypnotic rhythms, saturated colours and DIY aesthetics, their music contains an undeniable sense of nostalgia and escapism. It is the sound of a good trip; one where the listener is transported to a vivid alternative universe, far away from the mundanity of the daily world. Even their website is an escapist sinkhole, featuring an arcade-styled videogame that is both charmingly simple and deceptively addictive.
