Since 1999, APSCo has showcased best practice through its Annual Excellence Awards. Winners have to pass a rigorous assessment process that makes the APSCo Awards for Excellence the most prestigious accolade in professional recruitment.
The Awards process is led by a panel of independent judges that are acknowledged experts in each category.

For the APSCo member operating in either permanent or contract markets, that most consistently demonstrated the professional values and exceptional performance associated with APSCo membership throughout the past 12 months.
There are three categories for this award:

Recruitment Company of the Year - Over £50m turnover
