Global property developers Frasers Property and Sekisui House are revitalising the old Carlton Brewery site in Sydney to create a vibrant new gateway to the CBD. The $2billion mixed-used redevelopment is set to become a new urban village that incorporates New York style apartments, to create a thriving creative urban community. Frasers and Sekisui have commissioned Pritzker-Prize winning architects from around the world, including Foster + Partners and Ateliers Jean Nouvel.
