To this beautiful hotel we have been appointed by the client to manage, supervise and carry out the necessary remedial works to the mechanical & electrical systems, minor structural works, upgrade and replacement of external doors & windows throughout and final decorations of the affected areas. Whilst overseeing and coordinating the works we managed costs, programmes to meet client expectations and requirements.
