Charlie's Electric Sheep (in collaboration with JXQ) - Raw Pop Up x Art Basel Miami 2018

Our human senses are the only unadulterated and solid experiences we can trust in a world where technology distorts our perceptions. With this installation, we aim to explore the gap between human interaction and the incoming Artificial Intelligence revolution. Charlie is the embodiment of the future relationship between human and technology, questioning the digital impact on our evolution. Charlie, neither man or women, is the hybrid referring to: you, me, us. Charlie is a tall abstract face-like sculpture.The Electric Sheep is the distorted mirror image of the audience inviting them to interact with motion reactive visuals and a digital version of themselves that is projected onto Charlie.
