This artwork celebrates the relationship between Music and Science; acoustically, compositionally and electronically. Cirrus Rocks! uses the materials, colours and design details of an iconic Sunburst Les Paul rock guitar and juxtaposes this with a familiar mathematical arrangement formed from the Golden Ratio and Fibonacci Sequence. The pattern is comprised of 500 guitar knobs presented in a dynamic display, which are positioned over the modified guitar body.
