Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie de Lyon

The Cité International de la Gastronomie de Lyon it’s cultural center entirely dedicated to gastronomy, located in the Grand Hôtel-Dieu in Lyon. It is one of the French cultural facilities for tourism that the State must put in place following the inclusion by UNESCO in 2010 of the gastronomic meal of the French to the intangible cultural heritage of humanity.
