Citizens Advice

As a social media volunteer, I worked with Citizens Advice North East Derbyshire to create online platforms targeted towards young people ages 16-25 years. I researched, planned, designed, created and then scheduled posts for the new instagram page. I Identified current issues and provided solution including establishing a marketing plan to understand their current knowledge on the charity and then to plan enaging and relevent content. I aided in the later established advice podcast, providing further infomation on particular topics; for example posts and podcasts to educate younger audeience son the financial risks of using a loan shark and help they can receive if currently being harassed.
