Queerness never has been so alive in the blooming and ever growing Mancunian queer community. From raves in a reconverted car garage to the pub round the corner; Manchester is becoming a meeting point where queers from all over the world come to celebrate their love for freedom. Ever since Bent Hedonism kicked off as a small queer party led by my friend Jase Jeffery, I have made it to almost every edition with my friends for the boogie and for the little community it has created. Since then, I have been capturing the joy in everyone's faces through the lense on my Pentax 35mm film camera; which truly shows the colors of self-expression and love.
