Hi I'm Karen Stanley, a queer London based photographer working with mixed media. I'm submitting some collages photographed and edited by me, featuring models Violet Chachki, Reenie, and Starlet. This ongoing project celebrates the vibrancy and love I have for my community - inspired by Hollywood technicolour, pop art & vintage magazines, I've created a unique and textured style celebrating sexuality. Collaging the final images with a mixture of analog and digital photography, I love to see texture and evidence of physical elements in my work.
