Colour Grading

The process of assimilation occurs when outsiders, immigrants or subordinate groups become undistinguishable within the dominant host society conforming to the existing cultural norms of society. In contrast, social integration is about maintaining identity and belief while being able to celebrate diversity and engage with others in civic society. This short film challenges social stereotypes and inspires to upend social expectations. A woman goes for an interview and compromises her own identity in order to get the job.
