Compashion

A product and service design proposal to provide customers with circular fashion made from reclaimed pre-consumer waste donated by Toast. This project explores circular technologies within the lifespan of natural fibres. Exploring zero waste pattern cutting to low impact surface print design, visible mending to the regenerative fibres of wool. Investigating the use of screen printing, applique and laser cutting with the added application of engraving. Paired with the history and repair service of the Compashion app. This project was shortlisted in 2020 at New Designers in the Creative Conscience Environmental Design Award.
