Cope Anxiety is an app that aims to create a reduction in anxiety by encouraging changes to everyday life and the suggestion of activities to calm panic attacks. By inputting your daily activities and emotions, you are able to track which activities are effective for the individual. Through engagement with the app, a user could see a change in their anxiety levels and they will be able to gain ‘points’ that lead to a clearer feeling of achievement and mental progress. Alongside a rewarding feeling, the app brings offers from local gyms, salons, and meditation classes, all activities which can encourage a reduction in anxiety.
