Master’s Degree ​​in Communication for Companies, Medias and Complex Organizations: personal final thesis project "Corporate Cultural Sustainability" is the new marketing and cultural vision I invented: companies have to understand that, in the immediate future, they'll need something more powerful than digital marketing, AI, personas and algorithms to attract costumers, conquer their hearts and minds and become unforgettable brands. Brands need today to develop people cognitive, emotive, creative and cultural competences and not only to try to overwhelm them with ephemeral digital contents.
