Cotmania was a project commissioned by Leeds Museums and Galleries to help engage artists and audiences with the recently archived catalogue of over 400 works by prolific landscape artist John Sell Cotman.
Cotman was fascinated with the structural beauty of Yorkshire’s landscape. This audio visual installation was intended to evoke the same pride and creative inspiration that is so present in all of Cotman’s work.
This installation was exhibited as part of the Leeds Light Night Programme in 2017.
